The Role:

Fox Restaurant Concepts is expanding and we are adding a new position to support our development and construction team.  We are seeking a Project Coordinator with superior organizational skills and acute attention to detail.  Our desired candidate has great initiative and does whatever it takes to be part of a trend-setting, forward thinking and entrepreneurial environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the tracking of all construction & development invoices, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and submittals
  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of owner provided items such as hoods, water heaters etc.
  • Set up utility accounts in our new restaurant build outs
  • Assist in plan review
  • Track and pay all applications from the General Contractor
  • Track all pre-lien notices at close out
  • Attend weekly owner/contractor meetings

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working at a construction company
  • Must be able to read and understand blue prints
