    Opening October 2018 The Henry is one of many restaurants under the Fox Restaurant Concepts umbrella. The Henry at The Union will be our third location for this brand. Our build-out is 2 floors and 10,000 square feet. We will serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Our coffee bar will open at 6:30am daily. We will have two full bars on two floors and the restaurant will be in full swing all day and night long. Our kitchen will serve flavorful American Brasserie style fare prepared in our beautiful scratch kitchen.

    As a full-service bar and restaurant, coffee shop and social space, The Henry welcomes talented and dedicated leaders from all disciplines. Here, our managers take pride in knowing how to make everyone feel at home (and that’s just as true for our team as it is for our guests). The Henry offers the unique opportunity to grow your event management skills executing large-party events alongside the restaurant’s dedicated special events manager.


    As the General Manager you will...

    Have 5+ years of high-volume culinary management experience

    Demonstrate an advanced understanding of business operations and financials

    Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling and planning

    Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations

    Understand flavors, aromas and characteristics of food ingredients and wines

    Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness

    Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment

    Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise

    Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)

    Coach, lead and develop restaurant team

    Drive continuous improvement
