The Service Desk Specialist is responsible for effective support of all restaurant and office technologies, including: Desktop Support, Email, Connectivity, and Basic POS Support. This person must possess excellent technical and communication skills. Analytical thinking is important as this position will involve mission critical IT issue resolution. Strong customer service attitude is a must!
